If you need to perform a factory reset of your TravelWifi hotspot, here are the steps to follow depending on your device.
If you've changed your password and you don't remember it, a factory reset will restore your default SSID & password.
Sapphire 3 / Sapphire Power: / Sapphire S2 :
Insert a pin into the pinhole button (located under the power button for the Sapphire 3 & Sapphire S2 / located above the charge input for the Sapphire Power), then press and hold for at least 8 seconds until the blinking light changes. All settings will be restored to default but your data will not be deleted.
You may log in to your network using the same password you have on the back of the device.
Sapphire 5G:
- Turn on your Sapphire 5G device
- Swipe right
- Click on "More" & "About"
- Click on "Factory Reset" and validate.
CloudSIM Router:
1. Insert a pin into the pinhole button, then press and hold for at least 5 seconds.
Once the lights are blinking, it means that the device is restored to default but your data will not be wiped out.
Sapphire Touch :
Click on "More" > About > Factory Data Reset > toggle to Restore factory defaults > click OK to confirm.
