Code 7 error means either there is no data plan, or your data plan is not valid for the country you're in.
1. Open your Travelwifi App.
2. Select your Device and check if you have an active Data plan.
If you don’t have an active data plan, you will have to purchase a new one. If you don’t have an active data plan, you will have to purchase a new one. If you need help purchasing a new plan, click here.
If you do have a data plan:
1. Make sure you are in the correct country for your data plan.
2. Reboot your device to re-establish the connection.
