When there is no indication that the device is charging or your device is not turning on, this may help:
- Check the jack
- Try a different charging cable and charging adapter
- Instead of using USB port, use the power outlet.

- Connect the adapter to the wall socket
- Press and hold onto the power button for 8 seconds before plugging the charger into the device.
- Give it some time and check again.
