How to change the Password on mySapphire 5G

If you own a TravelWifi Hotspot and need to change the password of your portable Sapphire 3 Hotspot, follow the steps below:

Finding Your Default Wi-Fi SSID and Password:

Your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and default password are usually printed on a sticker located on the back of your device.

  1. Turn on your Sapphire 5G device.
  2. On the device’s screen, tap "Name" or "Password," depending on what you want to modify.
  3. Enter the new SSID or password, then confirm.
