To bind your new device to the TravelWifi App:
1. Create an acount.
2. Once your account has been created, click on the Connect icon at the bottom of your App Homepage.
3. Click on "Add device"
4. Add the IMEI of your Sapphire hotspot:
You are all set!
To bind your new device to the TravelWifi Website:
1. Go to the Sign in section of the TravelWifi website:
2. You will see the following options for login, please choose one and create an account.
3. Once you have logged in, go to the connect tab and click on "Add device"
4. Please enter your IMEI number, you will find this on the back of your Sapphire Hotspot.
You are all set!
If you get an error message saying that this device is already added to an account, there are 2 ways to unbind the device from your old account.
1. If you remember what email you used previously, please log in to that account and remove the device.
2. If you don't remember the email, please contact customer service and we will help you unbind the device from the old account.
Once the device is unbound from the old account, you can follow the steps to bind the device and it will bind successfully.
