How to Install and Activate Your Purchased eSIM Using the TravelWifi App

Download the TravelWifi App
- If you purchased your eSIM through our website, first download the TravelWifi App from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account using the same email address you used for the purchase.

Open the App
- Launch the TravelWifi App and log in with your account.

Access and Install Your eSIM
- After purchasing your eSIM, tap the "Connect" button at the bottom of the app.

View Your eSIM
- Your eSIM should appear on the screen and look like this:

Install the eSIM
- Tap the button at the bottom of the eSIM screen that says "Install on this device" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Data Usage:
- Your data will start being counted once you arrive in and connect to your network in the destination country.
Important Note:
- Internet Connection Required: You need an internet connection to install the eSIM on your phone. We recommend completing the installation before you arrive in your destination country.
- Install in Advance: To avoid any issues, install your eSIM at least 3 days before your trip.
