Using your TravelWifi device is quick and easy. Once you've arrived in the country covered by your data plan, simply turn on your device and connect your phone, tablet, or computer to the WiFi network it creates.
Connect to Your TravelWifi Device
- Turn on your TravelWifi device.
- Wait for the WiFi indicator light to turn on and remain solid.
- On your phone, tablet, or computer, open your WiFi settings.
- Select the TravelWifi network from the list of available networks.
- Enter the WiFi password printed on the back of your device.
Once connected, you'll be ready to access the internet using your TravelWifi data plan.
For the best experience, we recommend installing the TravelWifi App before your trip so you can easily manage your device and data plans while travelling.
Manage Your Device with the TravelWifi App

With the app, you can:

Create an Account and Link Your Device
To use the TravelWifi App, you'll need to create a TravelWifi account and link your device to that account.
Linking your device allows you to manage your data plans, monitor usage, and make purchases directly from the app.
