Check my Data Usage on the TravelWifi App

Check Data Usage for a Sapphire Device

  1. Open the TravelWifi App.
  2. On the home screen, locate your Sapphire device.
  3. View the data usage details for the currently selected data plan.

 

If You Have Multiple Sapphire Devices

  1. Open the TravelWifi App.
  2. Tap Connect.
  3. Select the Sapphire device you want to review from the list of available devices.
  4. Once selected, the device information and data usage details will be displayed.

 

Information Available for the Selected Device

After selecting a device, you can view:

  • Remaining data balance
  • Device IMEI
  • Device name
  • Active data plan name
  • List of data plans available on the device
  • Top Up button to purchase additional data
  • Remove Device button to unlink the device from your account
