What is Flex?

The Flex card is your perfect travel companion, designed to keep you connected while you're on the go. It comes in two formats: a physical SIM card or a digital eSIM.

With Flex, you have the flexibility to choose:

  • The country you're visiting
  • The amount of data you need
  • The number of days you'll need it

How to Get Flex

You can easily purchase a Flex package through the TravelWifi App or on our website. Here’s how it works:

  1. Select Your Destination: Pick the country where you'll need data.

  2. Choose Your Data: Decide how much data you need per day. If you use all your data before the day ends, your speed will drop to 256Kbps until midnight, when your data allowance resets.

  3. Pick the Number of Days: Select how many days you'll need data coverage.

  4. Choose Your SIM Format: Decide between a digital eSIM or a physical SIM card.

    • For eSIM: After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to activate the eSIM using the TravelWifi App.
    • For Physical SIM: You can choose a delivery location for your SIM card.
